Return Policy

At Claro, customer safety and product integrity are our priority. Because we sell consumable hemp products, strict return rules apply.
1. No Returns on Consumable Products
For safety, regulatory, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Gummies
-
Edibles
-
Tinctures
-
Capsules
-
Flower
-
Pre-rolls
-
Any opened product
-
Products removed from original packaging
Once the product leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.
2. Eligible Returns (Limited Cases Only)
A return may be approved only if:

You received a product that is damaged or defective

You received the wrong item
-
The order was shipped with missing products
-
The item was returned to sender due to carrier issues (not customer error)
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of the package showing “Delivered.”
Approved returns will receive:

A replacement
-
Store credit
-
Or a refund (case-by-case)
3. Return-to-Sender Packages
If your order is returned to Claro due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
-
Failure to claim or pick up
-
Mailbox full
-
Carrier inability to deliver
You may choose between:

Reshipping the package (additional postage may apply), or

Receiving a refund minus shipping fees
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used consumable hemp products
-
Items damaged after delivery
-
Customer dissatisfaction regarding taste, potency, or effect

Clearance or discounted items
-
Packages affected by theft after delivery
5. How to Request a Return
Email orders@smokeclaro.com with:

Order number
-
Full name
-
Photos of the product/issue
-
Description of the problem
Requests without documentation cannot be processed.
6. Freight Forwarders
Products forwarded or repackaged by third-party shipping services are not eligible for returns or replacements once delivered to the forwarder (see Shipping Policy).
