Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Claro. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience from checkout to delivery. Please review our refund terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)
Due to the nature of hemp-derived consumable products, all sales are considered final once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.
However, Claro may issue refunds under the limited circumstances below:

Damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery

Missing or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery

Orders canceled before fulfillment

Orders that cannot legally be shipped to the destination state

Orders returned to sender due to shipping restrictions or carrier issues (see Shipping Policy)
Claro does not accept returns for:

Opened or used products
-
Products damaged after delivery
-
Customer preference (taste, effect, potency, etc.)
Packages lost or stolen after carrier marks them “Delivered”
2. Refunds for Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

You must contact orders@smokeclaro.com

Within 24 hours of the package being marked delivered

Include your order number and clear photos documenting the issue
After review, Claro may issue:

A replacement
-
Store credit
-
A partial or full refund Or decline the request if it falls outside policy guidelines
3. Refunds for Canceled or Unfulfillable Orders
Refunds are allowed when:

You cancel the order before it is fulfilled

A product becomes unavailable and cannot be replaced

Your address is in a restricted state where we cannot ship

You fail to provide required verification for a high-risk order

Carrier returns a package due to an address issue (see Shipping Policy)
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to post the funds.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Gift cards

Digital products
-
Sale or promotional items

Consumable hemp products that have been opened

Shipping fees
5. Customer Service Discretion
In certain situations, Claro may issue a one-time courtesy refund, reshipment, or store credit. This is evaluated case-by-case and is not guaranteed.
